1. Purpose of Fair Use

The Fair Use Policy is designed to ensure all users have access to high-performance, stable hosting by preventing any single user from negatively impacting the service for others.

2. Resource Consumption

You are expected to use FlexaNodes services in a way that does not consume excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or bandwidth in a shared environment. Abuse may result in temporary throttling or service suspension.

3. Unlimited Plans

“Unlimited” refers to the absence of fixed quotas under normal, fair usage. Excessive use beyond what is considered fair may lead to intervention or migration to a more suitable plan.

4. Prohibited Activities

Prohibited use includes (but is not limited to) crypto mining, abuse of storage for file hosting/sharing, running public proxies, or any service that consumes abnormal resources consistently.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

We monitor server health and usage patterns. If unfair use is detected, we will notify you to resolve the issue. Continued abuse may result in account limitation or termination.

6. Policy Updates

This Fair Use Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
